Casa Rosina è una graziosa abitazione appena ristrutturata che si trova nei caratteristici vicoli del borgo storico di Sirolo, a pochi passi dalla Piazza panoramica e dalla chiesa di San Nicola.
La casa è organizzata su due piani con la zona giorno al pian terreno e la zona notte al primo piano. La cucina è completa di elettrodomestici (compresi forno e lavastoviglie) mentre il salotto dispone di televisione e divano letto. La zona notte si compone di due camere matrimoniali, di cui una con poltrona allungabile. In ogni piano c’è un bagno con box doccia.
La casa è ben attrezzata con stoviglie, pentole, vasellame e posateria, biancheria per camere e bagni, asciugacapelli.
Casa Rosina è perfetta per chi cerca un soggiorno all’interno del suggestivo centro storico di Sirolo, un luogo che unisce il fascino dei vicoli, alla vivacità del centro animato da bar, ristoranti e negozi, con la possibilità di godere del meraviglioso mare della riviera del Conero, tutto senza necessità di spostarsi in auto.

Casa Rosina is a charming, newly renovated house located in the distinctive alleys of the historic town of Sirolo and a few steps from the main panoramic square and the church of San Nicola.
The house is on two floors, with the living area on the ground floor and the sleeping area on the first floor. The kitchen is complete with appliances (including oven and dishwasher), the living room has a TV and a sofa bed. The sleeping area consists of two double bedrooms, one of which has an extendable armchair. On each floor of the house there is a bathroom with a shower cabin.
The house is well equipped with crockery, pots and cutlery, linen for bedrooms and bathrooms, hairdryer.
Casa Rosina is ideal if you are looking for a stay in the charming historic center of Sirolo, a place that combines the charm of the alleys with the liveliness of the town center. Not only you’ll have bars, restaurants and shops at your doorstep, but you’ll also be able to enjoy the wonderful seaside of Conero Riviera, without the need of a car.
